Mr. N. Kolste (1979) obtained his master’s degree in tax law from the University of Groningen. Niels has worked as a tax advisor since 2006 and is a lawyer since 2009. In 2012 Niels completed the postgraduate course in tax law at Leiden University.
Before Niels joined Jaeger he worked at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, de Bont Advocaten and independently as a tax lawyer within DFLS Legal & Tax. As a tax lawyer, Niels mainly focuses on tax objection and appeal procedures, due diligence and recovery. In addition, Niels regularly acts as a sparring partner for tax advisers and accountants. In addition to the formal side of the dispute, Niels also likes to contribute ideas about the material aspects in proceedings.
