Complaints and client satisfaction
We take complaints by our clients extremely seriously. If you are not satisfied with the way our lawyers have assisted you, we would very much appreciate it if you would let us know. This makes it possible for us to make our service even better.
If you have a complaint, you can contact our management assistant, Türkan Barut, directly. This can take place by telephone, email or in writing.
We are members of the Complaints and Dispute Settlement Scheme for the Legal Profession. If your complaint does not result in a solution, you can contact the Complaints Commission for the Legal Profession. You can find more information about this here.
After we have completed handling your case, we like to know what we did well and what can be improved. We learn from this. For this reason, we send our clients questionnaire forms, at random, about our services. If you have not received one of these forms and would nevertheless like to let us know what you thought, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
