Mr. B.J.G.L. Jaeger (1967) has been a lawyer since 1994. He founded our firm, which bears his name. Ludwijn studied Dutch law (specialisation: criminal law) at the Vrije Universiteit, and then psychology and tax law at the University of Amsterdam.
Ludwijn works on all elements of tax law practice. He is a leading expert on formal tax law and collection law. He also assists many customers who are accused of tax fraud. He represents their interests in the event of tax audits by the tax authorities and FIOD, and conducts proceedings arising from this, including if tax cases result in a settlement under criminal law.
